What information do I need to provide for codon optimization?

For gene optimization, we need you to provide the following information：
(1) Optimized gene sequence or protein sequence;
(2) Optimized Host;
(3) Restriction sites should be added at both ends of the gene or internal restriction sites should be removed of the gene;
(4) a given termination codon or not;
(5) Whether you want to add Kozak sequence, we generally recommend that you add Kozak sequence for mammalian systems.
